In partnership with Halle and Kathy August, one of the Gutierrez's main focuses is developing a Christian sports center. The building of the sports center has been a joint effort with the Augusts and many short-term teams from the States as well as folks from Thomas’ home church. Over the next couple of years they hope to see the sports center continue to grow with additions of a second basketball court, a climbing wall, and a pool. Read more about sports center at their website, Salero.org (the Salt Shaker).

Jan Waldron along with her children Zack, Max & Jackson, serve as missionaries in the greater Monterrey area of Mexico where they and their family have served since 2006. Jan is a teacher and help disciple local believers though various avenues.
